These blogs have been identified as being maintained by regional bloggers. (Blogs that focus exclusively on politics and state government include statewide blogs.) The rough boundaries of what constitutes regional are defined as Stockton to the south, the Oregon border to the north, Fairfield to the west and Tahoe to the east.
